White lasagne from Northern Italy, produced with passion and love. The lasagne sheets are pre-cooked and ready to use directly in the baking pan.
Spread in a greased baking pan a layer of lasagne and the first layer of very fluid béchamel or tomato sauce. Cover with lasagne and sauce and so on. Be sure that the upper layer of lasagne is completely covered with sauce and cheese. Place in a pre-heated oven of 200 degrees for 35 minutes.

Precooking not necessary. You can use the lasagne sheets at once when building your lasagna. Heat up the lasagna for 30 – 40 minutes. (200 degrees)
