Homemade Organic Tortilla Wrap Stack

Ingredients

480g Organic Plain Flour (plus extra for dusting)
60g Organic Olive Oil
200ml Hot Water
1tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Salt

Method

  • Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add in the hot (not boiling) water and mix to combine.
  • Leave to rest for 30 minutes
  • Separate into balls and roll out to about 2mm thin. You should be able to see your hand silhouetted through the dough.
  • Heat a flat pan, I use a pancake pan, and cook the tortilla’s, without oil, in the dry pan gently. 
  • Watch as they start to puff up and flip over to cook the other side.
  • Stack in a basket while you cook the rest.
  • Serve and devour
